Responsibilities
- Maintain service items inventory control and order parts.
- Prepare and coordinate IT Engineers' schedules.
- Liaise with Sales and IT Departments on after sales matters.
- Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers.
- Maintain proper records for billing purposes.

Responsibilities
- Maintain service items inventory control and order parts.
- Preparation and coordination IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis.
- Liaising with Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after sales matters.
- Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers.
- Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintain proper records for billing purposes.
- Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system.
- Preferably with IT knowledge.
- Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in IT/Computer or related studies.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 Years of working experience in the related field.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented.
- Enjoying interacting and communicating with people, and maintain good rapport with our in-house dept, suppliers and end-users.
- Proficient in MS Office.
