IT Admin

The hiring company is one of the leading commodity trading conglomerates with a branch in Singapore and is looking for an IT Admin to support its operation.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the system vendor about our needs for the system and request improvements by putting together our reasoning for each function.
• Provide IT resolution counsel for the organization in addition to present systems and functions.
• Maintain communication with our shareholder and consultant, and set up the necessary documentation.
• Cooperate with other teams to address any IT-related concerns.
• Coordinate with the system provider and communicate with other divisions to determine the IT requirements.
• Work with outside IT vendors to prepare and monitor key systems for the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of coding (C#, VB.NET, VBA, SQL Server, MySQL, Python), not mandatory but preferred.
• Good knowledge of IT Security - Able to arrange proposal sheets/RFP for the company.
• Ability to produce efficient outputs, including Tableau dashboards.
• Ability to suggest mitigations for IT risks (both system risk and security risk).
• Credible communication and presentation skills.

Additional Information:

• Salary up to $5,000.
