Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs, expectations, and challenges.
  • Oversee client satisfaction across IT and business services, ensuring high service quality while meeting profitability targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding existing accounts and managing the full sales lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including principals, vendors, and strategic allies, to drive sales efforts and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track project progress and performance metrics to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions and services.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones to maintain transparency and alignment.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term client relationships and trust.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend pricing strategies and market positioning.
  • Address client concerns related to product/service quality, delivery, or support, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead contract negotiations and prepare proposals, quotations, and related sales documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 3 years in sales account management for clients.
  • Proficiency in English & Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking clients (preferably JLPT N2 or above)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, strong interpersonal networking, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing account growth.
  • Self-disciplined and goal-oriented, with the ability to develop and maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and application environments is a plus.
