Job Description
Develop, maintain, and refine sales forecasts for assigned customer accounts.
Expand the customer base through cold-calling, relationship management, and industry networking, while fostering strong, ongoing relationships with customers.
Collaborate across departments to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources, ensuring successful customer solutions.
Meet sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities and maintaining customer satisfaction through product and service excellence.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.
Contribute to the development of value propositions and skillfully negotiate to close sales deals.
Provide regular updates on customer interactions and market activities during weekly sales meetings.
Job Requirements
2 to 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
In-depth knowledge of IT products and solutions.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and influence skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas, with a results-driven approach to target achievement.
Ability to understand and address business problems while qualifying sales opportunities.
A Diploma in any discipline is required.
