  • Develop, maintain, and refine sales forecasts for assigned customer accounts.

  • Expand the customer base through cold-calling, relationship management, and industry networking, while fostering strong, ongoing relationships with customers.

  • Collaborate across departments to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources, ensuring successful customer solutions.

  • Meet sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities and maintaining customer satisfaction through product and service excellence.

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.

  • Contribute to the development of value propositions and skillfully negotiate to close sales deals.

  • Provide regular updates on customer interactions and market activities during weekly sales meetings.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT products and solutions.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influence skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas, with a results-driven approach to target achievement.

  • Ability to understand and address business problems while qualifying sales opportunities.

  • A Diploma in any discipline is required.
