Job summary

Borr Drilling recherche un formateur en sécurité alimentaire pour un contrat à la demande. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une expérience pertinente et être capable de livrer des cours tout en développant des relations commerciales. Il devra également faire preuve d'une flexibilité pour s'adapter aux besoins d'apprentissage, tout en étant prêt à voyager régulièrement.

Qualifications

• Expérience avec les normes de systèmes de gestion comme FSCC, ISO 22000, HACCP.
• Capacité à adapter les techniques de formation selon les besoins des groupes.
• Proactif dans la création de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.

Responsibilities

• Livrer des cours et événements en s'adaptant aux besoins d'apprentissage.
• Développer des cours de formation personnalisés si nécessaire.
• Assurer la qualité du service fourni.

• Knowledge and experience of working with at least two of the following management system standards: FSCC , ISO 22000, HACCP, Risk assessment.
• Deliver courses and events as scheduled, adjusting and applying training techniques flexibly in response to the needs and learning styles of groups and individual delegates.
• Lead Auditor registration with a recognised body is expected.
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within client organisations. Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Webex.
• Have a proactive approach towards identifying and developing new business opportunities and relationships to focus on delivering the best client solutions.
• Prepared to travel and spend significant time away from home.
