Seatrium Limited is seeking an Investor Relations & Corporate Communications (IRCC) professional to translate financial performance into a clear equity narrative. The role involves collaborating with Finance, management, and external advisors to craft credible messaging for the investment community.

The candidate will develop communications materials, engage with institutional investors and analysts, and monitor market developments to inform senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Familiar with SGX listing rules and IR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Seatrium's investor relations strategy to strengthen investor understanding and confidence in the Group's strategy, performance and long-term value proposition
• Synthesize inputs from Finance, business units and management to ensure investor communications are consistent and strategically aligned
• Actively support engagement with institutional investors, analysts and other capital market stakeholders through investor meetings, site visits, roadshows and conferences
• Prepare high-quality investor communications materials, including earnings presentations and investor decks, in collaboration with external advisors
• Maintain and enhance IR content across platforms, including the investor relations section of the corporate website
• Monitor market developments, peer performance and analyst feedback and provide insights to senior management
