Job description

Our client is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join their team. This role ensures the quality and reliability of all incoming and in-house parts, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections on inbound materials and components, including moulded parts, fasteners, cables, and connectors, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic systems to maintain production efficiency.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products using appropriate equipment.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and usage of factory equipment for production and quality testing.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical assembly issues.
  • Handle electrical and electronic systems, diagnosing and resolving errors as needed.
  • Investigate and address customer complaints related to quality concerns.
  • Promote good housekeeping practices and maintain safety protocols in the factory.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality control, with hands-on knowledge of inspection methods and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.

Additional Notes

  • Weekly punctuality incentive $50 per week
  • Monthly incentive - up to $400 if fully meet team KPI
