MiRXES is a Singapore-headquartered molecular diagnostic company seeking an Intellectual Property Manager to develop, protect, and maximize the value of its IP portfolio across diagnostics, software, and platform innovations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field is required.
Advanced degree (PhD/JD) preferred for senior responsibilities.
5–10 years of intellectual property management, patent strategy, or IP law operations.
Experience in molecular diagnostics, genomics, life sciences, or related healthcare tech sectors is highly desirable.
Experience with external patent counsel and multi-jurisdiction portfolio management is expected.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement MiRXES' IP strategy aligned with business and product goals.
Build and optimize the IP portfolio across patents, trade secrets, know-how, and related assets.
Identify inventions from biomarker, assay, software, AI/ML, and platform developments.
Lead invention disclosure activities and coordinate with external counsel for filing and prosecution.
Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses and monitor IP landscape and risks.
Support licensing, collaboration, and IP-related due diligence in commercial agreements.
Establish internal IP processes, templates, and reporting; mentor teams on IP matters.
