Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, management, and troubleshooting of critical virtualized infrastructure across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and developers to address and monitor end-to-end project issues.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules and dynamic project teams, including scoping and creating technical documentation such as Statements of Work (SoW), operational guides, and infrastructure documentation.
• Stay updated with new technologies and product updates through regular participation in training and educational sessions.
• Provide guidance and execute hardware and software delivery, upgrades, and configurations, including preparing implementation and rollback plans, conducting review meetings, and executing configuration requests.
• Handle emergency situations effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and Cloud computing domains.
• Deep knowledge of Unix operating systems (Red Hat, SuSe, etc.).
• Strong understanding of databases, particularly Oracle.
• Proficiency in networking concepts such as TCP/IP, switching, routing, and firewalls.
• Experience with virtualization products like FusionSphere, VMware, and Hyper-V.
• Basic knowledge of mainstream cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud.
• IT Technician certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, HCIE/HCNP, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and technical support workflows.
• Ability to work professionally and personally within diverse reporting structures.
• Flexible, autonomous, and proactive work attitude.
• Excellent social, communication, and presentation skills.
