You will be joining 7Rays Semiconductors, a company dedicated to providing comprehensive VLSI design solutions aimed at facilitating execution excellence. The company's expertise encompasses various aspects of the design process, including architecture, RTL design, verification, validation, physical design, implementation, and post-silicon validation, all of which are executed using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.Your role as an IP Design Sr. Engineer / Lead Engineer / Staff Engineer will demand between 6 to 15 years of extensive experience in the field. To excel in this position, you are expected to demonstrate proficiency in digital IP design utilizing RTL specifically tailored for lower technology nodes such as 3/4/7nm. Your responsibilities will also include micro-architecture and implementation of intricate IP blocks designed for high-speed applications. Additionally, you will be required to optimize digital logic by meticulously analyzing timing reports at different stages of the ASIC design cycle and devising effective solutions for potential issues.Moreover, your expertise should extend to developing modules for AXI4/5 and CHI interfaces, as well as RTL implementation of PCIe/CXL transaction layers or AXI bridging layers. Ensuring the closure of RTL blocks with rigorous quality checks, CDC/RDC/Lint, will be a crucial part of your role. You should possess the ability to define and propose innovative solutions to complex problems, actively engage with team members, lead discussions on proposed solutions, and drive them to completion. Documenting design approaches, facilitating team discussions, reaching conclusive decisions, and collaborating with other functional teams to meet project requirements are also essential aspects of the position.Ideal candidates for this role will hold a BTech or MTech degree, with a specialization in microelectronics/VLSI being highly preferred.
