Job summary

Housing & Development Board (HDB) invites a data analytics professional to join the Smart Hub team in Singapore. You will work on collecting data from sensors and IoT devices across public housing estates to deliver reliable insights for management and operations.

The role focuses on analytics, dashboard development, and data quality improvements to support decision-making. Successful candidates will work on platform upgrades, data onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration while applying

Qualifications

Background in Engineering or Data Science/Analytics or a related field.
At least 3 years of IoT or data analytics project experience.
Strong data visualization and analytics skills using SAS VA, Tableau, and Python.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage across technical and non-technical teams.
Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive in adopting new digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: contribute to setting and delivering the overall vision for HDB Smart Hub.
Platform Operations: support platform upgrades, sensor deployment and onboarding for reliable monitoring.
Data Quality Assurance and Analytics enablement: improve data quality and provide analytics advisory support.
Develop analytics dashboards for operational oversight and perform advanced analyses to provide actionable insights.
