Job summary

HDB Housing & Development Board is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Smart Hub team in Singapore. You will contribute to the platform's data analytics capabilities, support platform operations including sensor deployment, and drive data quality improvements across Smart Hub datasets.

The role involves developing dashboards for operational oversight and delivering actionable insights to management and estates teams.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of IoT or data analytics project experience.
Strong skills in data visualization and analytics; familiarity with SAS VA, Tableau, Python.
Ability to engage stakeholders and present findings clearly.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Contribute to setting and delivering the overall vision of HDB Smart Hub with a focus on data analytics capabilities.
Support the operations and upgrades of HDB Smart Hub to ensure reliable monitoring and timely reporting of key metrics.
Drive data quality improvements and analytics advisory support for studies using Smart Hub datasets.
Develop and enhance analytics dashboards for operational oversight and performance monitoring; provide actionable insights.
