iOS Software Engineer

Responsibilities

TikTok Live Platform Mobile team focuses on mobile-end development for payment-related features, aiming to build secure, stable, and seamless payment products. Our goal is to enhance the payment experience within the TikTok ecosystem by understanding user needs, identifying opportunities, and creating innovative solutions. We are seeking experienced iOS engineers to develop native iOS and cross-platform applications supporting our payment products.

• Develop native iOS applications for TikTok Wallet and Money Platform, ensuring security, stability, and efficiency in payment experiences.
• Design and implement seamless, high-performance user interfaces, maintaining high-quality delivery and system stability.
• Contribute to infrastructure and engineering solutions that support TikTok's business and productivity tools.
• Improve collaboration methods to boost remote and cross-regional communication, facilitating business growth.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field, with native iOS development experience.
• Proficiency in Swift or Objective-C.
• Ability to understand and debug large, complex codebases.
• Strong team communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in data-driven performance optimization of complex systems.
• Experience in developing modular SDKs with high quality and stability is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of payment systems, in-app purchases, or Google Play Billing is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in large-scale internet companies.
