A leading Manufacturing MNC in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant to join their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects. The successful candidate will handle daily SAP transactions, maintain customer records, and generate invoices. They need to have 1-2 years of sales support experience. Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales support experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily SAP transactions, including receiving, transfer postings, and invoice entries.
  • Update and convert Bills of Materials (BOM) as needed.
  • Generate customer invoices on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Prepare accurate invoices and credit notes in a timely manner.
  • Process goods returns and issue corresponding credit notes.
  • Maintain clear and updated records of customer interactions.
  • Address customer billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service Officer (CSO) when required.
