Job description
    As a diligent Invoice Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing accurate customer and vendor invoices in alignment with company policies and project specifications. Your key duties will include cross-checking invoices with delivery notes, purchase orders, and service records, as well as collaborating with the operations and procurement teams to verify billable items. It will be essential for you to maintain meticulous filing of all invoice-related documents, both in digital and physical formats.You will play a crucial role in updating and reconciling invoice records within the accounting software or ERP system. Furthermore, your support will be invaluable during month-end and year-end closing processes by offering invoice data and generating reports. Additionally, you will be expected to assist auditors during internal or external financial reviews and ensure strict adherence to relevant tax regulations such as GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software is essential. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication are qualities that will set you up for success in this role.This full-time position requires you to work in person at our Mannady, Chennai location (600001, Tamil Nadu). If you are not currently based in the vicinity, you should be willing to reliably commute or plan to relocate before commencing work.,
