Ardian Investment Singapore Pte. Ltd invites a Client Solutions Intern to join our Singapore team.

You will address inquiries from existing investors in the region and assist with region-wide reporting, including Singapore, Australia, NZ, and Korea. You will support fundraising activities, assist with marketing tasks for investors and prospects, and provide regular cashflow and performance forecasts, portfolio diversifications, and investment simulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Final-year student or recent graduate from a leading Business School or University (Finance, Accounting or Strategic Management preferred).
• Knowledge of Private Equity and Accounting.
• Fluent in English; Korean proficiency beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Address enquiries from existing investors in the region.
• Prepare specific or standardized reporting for investors across the region (Singapore, Australia, NZ, Korea).
• Support Fundraising activities.
• Assist with marketing related tasks for existing investors and prospects.
• Provide regular reporting to investors and prospects (cashflow and performance forecasts, portfolio diversifications, investment simulations, qualitative information).
• Provide detailed answers to technical questions on data included in reporting or communications.
• Assist in follow ups from new business and client meetings.
