Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct second-line of defense controls for the Compliance team.
• Analyze, document and consolidate test results for the Compliance Monitoring Programme to ensure regulatory and group requirements are met.
• Review and update guidelines if required based on regulatory changes to meet requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments across Asia, derive recommendations and maintain horizon trackers.
• Prepare and assist with the creation of compliance related reports for senior management and the Board.
• Review documents to ensure they are compliant with regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain engagement with regulatory counsel, consultants and fund administrators, etc.
• Participate in compliance related projects.
• Complete other assigned tasks on a wide variety of subjects.
