We are currently partnering with a Private Equity firm that is expanding into the secondary funds market. As part of their growth, they are seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join their dynamic team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage fundraising activities for USD-denominated funds.
• Prepare and review marketing materials and investor communications.
• Serve as a key point of contact for global LPs and advisory boards.
• Drive due diligence processes and respond to investor queries.
• Participate in investor meetings and capital raising initiatives.

Qualifications:

• At least 4-8 years of prior experience in Institutional Sales, Investor Relations or Fundraising.
• Strong understanding of Public Equity and Secondary Funds.
• Proven track record in managing investor relationships and fundraising processes.
• Fluent in Mandarin (Advantage)
