  • Handle investor questions and feedback with professionalism, tact, and clear communication

Fundraising Support

  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of fundraising materials

  • Track the investor pipeline and conversion progress across different fundraising cycles
Help guide LPs through the end-to-end subscription process, including KYC and document collection

  • Work with the investment team to refresh marketing decks and fund performance updates

  • Upload fund performance data to industry platforms (e.g. Preqin)

️ Fund Operations

  • Support fund setup and migration in collaboration with Admin & Finance

  • Liaise with Fund Administrator to reconcile investor statements and NAV reports

  • Maintain up-to-date LP contact records and documentation

  • Assist with statutory audit coordination and other fund administrative tasks

  • Ensure all AML/KYC documentation is collected, stored, and up to regulatory standards

  • Thoughtful and pragmatic—knows how to ask questions to get context, and takes initiative when needed

  • Comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds and building rapport quickly

  • You are proficient inwritten and spoken English. Ability to read and speak Chinese, Korean, Japanese is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team environment

  • Direct mentorship from Tin Men Capital’s co-founders and managing director

  • Exposure to a global network of family offices and institutional LPs

  • Development across both operational and investor-facing parts of the VC business

  • A front-row seat to Southeast Asia’s B2B tech venture ecosystem and fundraising dynamics
