• Evaluate risk-reward trade-offs across financial instruments such as bonds and derivatives.
• Utilize tools like the DISC Personality Assessment and Enneagram framework to enhance communication and collaboration skills.
• Help clients define and achieve their investment goals using CPF and cash portfolio strategies.
