Job summary

Acellance Group LLP in Singapore is seeking fresh graduates and career switchers for an investment management role. No prior experience is required; bring your passion, drive, and willingness to learn.

You will connect with potential clients, provide investment guidance, and help manage portfolios while benefiting from mentorship from industry leaders. The role offers hybrid work with core hours and opportunities for overseas trips up to 3 times a year, plus comprehensive training and client

Qualifications

• A recognised diploma or degree in any discipline that meets the applicable entry requirements.
• A positive attitude, initiative and the discipline to work towards your goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
• An interest in business, finance, or management (No experience is required).
• 21 years old and above (Regulatory Requirement).
• Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients through the lead generation platform provided, alongside networking and referrals.
• Provide Potential Clients with sound investment and portfolio advice via Client Onboarding Program.
• Assisting clients in managing their investment portfolios and guiding them in making informed financial decisions.
• Build and Maintain a strong relationships with your clients while expanding your professional network.
• Evaluating risk-reward trade-offs across financial instruments such as bonds and derivatives.
• Helping clients define and achieve their investment goals using various portfolio strategies such as Cash, SRS and CPF.
