Job description

Role Summary:

Join our Investment Services team, where you will co-lead daily investment operations, drive process enhancements, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. You will manage ILP sub-fund operations, reporting, audits, and stakeholder communications, while mentoring junior team members and supporting new product initiatives.

This role is engaged on an initial 12 month contract with a high propensity of extension and possible conversion for performing individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for ILP and non-ILP portfolios (trades, settlements, NAV, reconciliations).
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, reporting accuracy, and sound internal controls.
  • Lead fund reporting cycles, audits, and onboarding of fund managers.
  • Oversee KYC/AML requirements and contract reviews.
  • Support cash management, fund performance tracking, and financial year-end processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational workflows.
  • Lead UAT, new product launches, and cross-functional projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure smooth BAU delivery.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in investment operations or fund accounting, preferably in insurance.
  • Diploma/Degree with relevant qualifications.
  • Strong organizational, risk management, and Excel/report writing skills.
  • Able to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to coach team members and navigate complex environments.
