Job summary

J.S.W in Singapore is seeking an experienced sales/BD professional to drive client acquisition, capital raising, and strategic partnerships with banks, IFAs, and wealth platforms. You will manage end-to-end sales, pitch investment vehicles, and onboard clients.

Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance, product optimization, and market feedback for pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, asset managers, and financial intermediaries.
• Pitch and promote investment vehicles (PE funds, mutual funds, alternatives, or structured liquidity products).
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline tracking to closing and onboarding.
• Form alliances with banks, wealth platforms, and IFAs to scale distribution.
• Research asset classes, competitors, and untapped regions.
• Represent the firm at conferences and forums to boost visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to draft pitch decks, fact sheets, and RFPs.
• Work with compliance and legal to ensure materials and transactions meet regulatory standards.
• Provide market feedback to portfolio managers to optimize product structure and pricing.
