We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join as an Investment Process Analyst, Real Assets, Asset Management, Alternatives.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide leadership and focus on execution across Real Assets for business projects.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders throughout Asset Management, review issues, prioritize, and drive changes using problem-solving skills to achieve outcomes.
• Research, benchmark, analyze data, identify challenges and trends, and make recommendations.
• Support the annual budget planning process.
• Lead key business projects, initiatives, and changes impacting Real Assets.
• Assist in integrating new investment teams into the broader AM Alternatives operating model and culture.
