Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services change or investment operations.
• Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support change activities across General Account investment portfolios and ILP funds.
• Coordinate with custodian bank to facilitate rename activities.
• Identify and align records, references and communications affected by changes.
• Track actions, dependencies and approvals through to completion.
• Maintain approvals and audit trail documentation.
• Ensure controlled changes and escalate risks or dependencies as needed.
• Support broader change-delivery activities within the investment workstream.
