Investment Operations Analyst – Family Office Investment Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Treasury Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports covering cash balances, liquidity, and cash flow across entities.
• Investment Team Support: Maintain and update critical investment data (holdings, calls, distributions, valuations), coordinating with external parties.
• Banking & Treasury Operations: Support bank/brokerage account administration and manage related documentation.
• Investment Committee Support: Draft meeting minutes, assist with investment proposals, and compile due diligence materials.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Relevant experience in investment operations, corporate finance, private banking, or asset management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; financial software/CRM familiarity is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
