Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Investment & Operations Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The role will report to the Directors to support both investment-related tasks and operational oversight of portfolio companies.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to work across real estate investment, healthcare operations, and impact-driven projects. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple functional areas—from deal structuring to property-level operations—with direct exposure to senior leadership and global investors.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Strategic Projects:

  • Perform market research, competitive analysis, and ad-hoc research on new/existing deals and markets.
  • Conduct financial modelling and projections for new investment opportunities and refinancing of existing assets.
  • Support preparation of investment memorandums, investor decks, and quarterly reporting.
  • Assist with due diligence processes for institutional funders, including data room management.
  • Liaise with consultants, legal, and finance teams to coordinate transaction execution.
  • Attend and support investor meetings, prepare meeting materials, and maintain investor relations databases.

Operations Support:

  • Support the Director of Operations on portfolio-level initiatives, including tenancy management, compliance reporting, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting of occupancy, rent collection, maintenance schedules, and project timelines.
  • Liaise with partners and internal placement team to track participant onboarding and housing pipeline.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of operational systems and reporting frameworks.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new properties including handover checklists, system entries, and document tracking.
  • Participate in planning and execution of operational initiatives such as app rollouts, quality assurance, and participant engagement programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in investment analysis, real estate, or operations.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial modelling preferred.
  • High degree of initiative, adaptability, and ability to multitask in a lean and fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for impact-driven work and interest in disability, healthcare, or community housing sectors is a plus.

Note: While this role includes investment-related responsibilities, the primary focus is on operational activities, making it more operations-heavy in its day-to-day execution.
