Investment Manager

We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented and entrepreneurial Investment Manager to drive the fundraising efforts and investor relations for our expanding fund operations. This includes managing the Rent to Own (RTO) Fund, Social Impact Fund and other financing vehicles.

Responsibilities:

·Build and maintain financial models for RTO Fund, Social Impact Fund and co-investment structures funds

·Identify and qualify prospective Limited Partners (LPs) including institutional investors, impact investors and sovereign wealth funds.

·Research and generate a targeted pipeline of Venture Capital (VC) and strategic investors aligned with our investment thesis.

·Arrange and coordinate meetings, calls and presentations with prospective investors.

·Act as the point of contact for existing and prospective investors, ensuring timely and professional communications, updates and reporting.

Requirements:

·Finance background in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Venture Capital

·Strong financial modelling skills, funds restructuring and returns analysis is a pre-requisite

· Proficiency in advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills

·Strong communications and presentation skills to engage with investors and stakeholders

·Experience in business development and capital raising in emerging markets

·Familiarity with real estate, fintech or impact investing

·Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-moving environment
