We are looking for an Investment Manager to join our team that based in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:
Source, screen and evaluate new investment opportunities that are of interest to Genting Ventures
Conduct market research to build and refine Genting Ventures’ investment thesis across focus sectors
Carry out market research and due diligence of investment opportunities and create documentation for internal investment decisions
Manage legacy and new portfolios post investment, portfolio performance tracking
Business development for portfolio companies among affiliates of Genting Group as well as external partners eg. Venture capitals, corporates, government bodies and etc.
Contribute and participate in compliance and risks updates and activities.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Managers and Superiors
Requirements:
6-8 years’ prior experience from large organization with proper SOPs, M&A and corporate finance background, preferably with experience in business development or partnership
Proven track record in investment transactions with attention to details
Strong analytical and research capabilities, able to interpret data and provide relevant conclusion and recommendations
Ability to write in a clear, succinct manner
Ability to work quickly on time-sensitive projects in a flexible, collaborative and creative manner.
Adaptable and a very quick learner
Strong interest in venture capital and startups space
Strong relationship management skills to develop new connections, broaden and deepen one’s ecosystem
A good team player with the ability to work well with colleagues
