Qualifications

• Knowledge of finance and investment concepts (equity analysis, credit risk, valuation).
• Strong financial modelling skills are preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform investment due diligence including financial and business analysis, financial modelling, ESG analysis, and research on prospective investments.
• Support portfolio management, monitoring, and fund marketing efforts; assist in external investor communications.
• Prepare internal investment committee memos, market research, and assist in deal origination.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Treasury on lending activities, including KYC, risk analysis, funding arrangements, and forecasts.
