Responsibilities

• Coordinate investor logistics and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Act as a connector across the Capital System, sharing information among teams.
• Independently resolve service issues with sound judgment and structured problem-solving.
• Proactively manage complex scheduling, travel, and priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external providers and corporate contacts.
• Coordinate investor interactions with corporates, research providers, and sales teams.
• Organize investor group calls and committee meetings, ensuring planning and materials.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve meeting prep and workflow automation.
• Build proficiency in AI and digital tools to support workflow use cases.
• Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
