YO AI Labs is seeking an Investment Banking Expert contractor to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research.

You will apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A / investment banking.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.
• Strong Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
• Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
