Investment / Banking Executive #HJX (KYC)

Job Description:

1. Set up trading, bank, and custodian accounts across all markets.
2. Manage the submission of account opening forms, Know-Your-Client (KYC) documentation, and conduct annual reviews, including filing, mailing, updating changes, and record-keeping in shared drive folders.
3. Handle investment subscriptions and redemptions.
4. Manage the submission of subscription/redemption forms and KYC documentation, including filing, mailing, updating changes, and record-keeping.
5. Monitor circulation of announcements, statements, reports, and newsletters; alert the Investment Team to take timely action.
6. Oversee trade settlements and corporate actions across all markets.
7. Issue and follow up on trade settlement instructions with custodians and brokers within deadlines.
8. Rectify trade orders and resolve settlement issues in case of trade failures.
9. Monitor corporate actions, AGM announcements, and monthly statements; alert the Investment Team for necessary actions.
10. Update internal portfolio records (using MS Excel) to track trade transactions and balances.
11. Update changes related to trade settlements, such as custodian bank details, authorized signatories, and securities settlement instructions.
12. Assist with corporate secretarial duties, including updating directorships, preparing board resolutions, and disclosures.
13. Manage office door access system administration.
14. Coordinate courier and mailing of documents.
15. Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. GCE ‘N’ levels or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of experience in custody services, investment, or wealth management roles.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
4. Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
