Investment Associate (proficiency in Japanese is required)

• Support deal evaluation through building financial models, conducting in-depth research on industries and market
• Prepare investment presentations, memos and proposals, and presenting key findings to investment committee
• Participate in portfolio management and tracking investment performance
• Prepare portfolio valuation materials for external valuation professionals and reporting presentations to investors

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in investment (asset management, private equity, private credit)/investment banking/Deal Advisory
• Strong analytical skills with extensive training in the building of presentation materials and financial modeling
• Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Japanese
