My client is a leading consumer-focused growth equity fund investing in Southeast Asia and India, is looking to hire an Associate to join its Singapore-based team.

Their investment track record and fund performance have been excellent to date, and they are now approaching a hard close for a new fund. As the firm continues to scale its investment activity, it is expanding the team to support this next phase of growth.

About the fund:

• Investing in Series B-D consumer businesses across health, education, food, beverage, lifestyle, e-commerce, and more.
• Typically leads investments, takes board seats, and plays an active role in portfolio management.

The Role:

• Source, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities across India and Southeast Asia.
• Lead financial modeling, due diligence, and market research to support investment decisions.
• Work closely with founders, supporting portfolio companies on growth, operations, and scaling.
• Take an active role in investment execution and deal structuring.
• Help shape fund strategy and contribute to the firm’s broader investment thesis.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or consulting (consumer sector experience is a plus).
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills.
• Passion for consumer businesses and a deep understanding of the SEA & India markets.
• A team player, with an open and transparent approach—no politics, just great investing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and strong relationships with founders. Entrepreneurial, a self-starter and takes initiative.
• Role is based in Singapore
