Tri-Cap Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is recruiting an integrated developer and investment professional to manage the full investment cycle including site acquisition, underwriting and due diligence, and deal structuring.

You will support senior management in deal execution, prepare investment reports for stakeholders, and contribute to portfolio reporting and fund management across assets under development and pipeline reporting.

Qualifications

• You are degree qualified in Business, Accountancy, Real Estate, Engineering and have about at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the real estate on buy or sell side.
• You are resourceful and attentive to details.
• You are financially savvy and resourceful.

Responsabilités

• Engage in site acquisition, underwriting and due diligence, asset management and divestment.
• Assist senior management in managing the deal execution process including due diligence, structuring and legal documentation.
• Prepare investment reports and presentations for stakeholders' approval; analyze portfolio impact for potential transactions.
• Support market analysis and research in Asia to assess opportunities and assist on deal execution; contribute to portfolio reporting and fund management.

We are recruiting for an integrated developer and investment management firm specialising in modern industrial and logistics real estate key cities in Asia Pacific. You will have the opportunity to work in a lean environment and get involved in the full cycle of investment and asset management such as site acquisition, underwriting and due diligence, asset management and divestment. Your main responsibility includes financial modelling and feasibility studies, evaluating and structuring real estate investment opportunities. You will be assisting the senior management in managing the deal execution process such as due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc. You will analyse portfolio impact for each potential transaction and preparing presentations investment reports for stakeholders' approval. You will perform market analysis and research in Asia to assess opportunities and assist on the deal execution process. You will support in portfolio reporting and fund management for assets under management, assets under development and pipeline reporting as well as supporting the deal sourcing, divestment, joint venture and underwriting of real estate investment opportunities.

Requirements

• You are degree qualified in Business, Accountancy, Real Estate, Engineering and have about at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the real estate on buy or sell side.
