Investment Associate

Location: Singapore

Role Summary

We are seeking for our client an exceptional Investment Associate to join their Singapore team. You will help drive investment execution and portfolio oversight for UHNW families and family offices across Asia — blending institutional investment discipline with the personalized service of a boutique advisory. You will be involved across the full investment lifecycle — from due diligence and structuring to monitoring, reporting, and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Due Diligence & Investment Analysis: Conduct market, sector, and company research; build valuation models; prepare proposals summarizing risks and recommendations.
• Execution & Structuring: Support trade execution, documentation review, and coordination with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure proper structuring.
• Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain dashboards tracking NAV, IRR, and cashflows; prepare periodic performance and outlook reports.
• Stakeholder & Client Communication: Support partners in meetings, ensuring clear alignment across tax, legal, and governance priorities.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Apply disciplined risk management, monitor liquidity and concentration exposures, ensure documentation and audit readiness.

Experience & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in family office, private banking, asset management, private equity, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience preparing investment memoranda.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; CFA/MBA preferred.
