Job description

Background of Titan Capital:

Titan Capital is an investment firm actively involved in private equity, M&A and Pre-IPO transactions in Asia, Europe and the US. It also has an investment portfolio of tech companies. The firm is led by the Founding MD who was formerly the Founding Partner of TPG Capital Asia.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Founding MD to assist in evaluating investment opportunities, as well as structuring various corporate finance deals for its clients. Candidate will gain direct exposure to C-suite executives in boardrooms and make presentations to them.

Key responsibilities include:

· Evaluate new investment opportunities to assess financial feasibility, risks and key business drivers

· Support the execution of private equity, M&A and fundraising transactions

· Conduct commercial and financial due diligence on target companies

· Prepare investment memorandums, board presentations and internal deal summaries

· Develop financial models to value companies, evaluate deal returns, including scenario and sensitivity analysis

· Prepare capitalization tables

· Perform market and industry research

· Liaising with Management of investment portfolio companies

· Identifying and sourcing new investment opportunities across various sectors

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

· Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA or CFA would be desirable

· Several years of relevant work experience with major financial institutions, accounting firms with exposure to M&A and corporate finance transactions

· Highly analytical, strong quantitative and financial modeling skills

· Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

· Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
