Job Description

As the APAC Investment and Accountability Associate Director, you will work closely with the team lead and client teams to deliver a competitive advantage for a select group of clients across the region. Your responsibilities include operational trading best practices with in-market teams, demonstrating leadership, commercial acumen, and inspiring activation teams to deliver cohesive investment solutions that drive client business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiation and activation leadership
  2. Collaborate with the team lead on negotiation strategies and market approaches for clients.
  3. Support annual client negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes aligned with or better than market benchmarks, meeting investment KPIs.
  4. Maintain consistency in activation processes and products across all markets.
  5. Enhance the Groupe's reputation for activation capabilities, media partnerships, and value creation.
  6. Develop and improve JBPs, integrating Groupe benefits for impact and competitive advantage.
  7. Track and manage client KPIs continuously for internal and external purposes.
  • Client Leadership
    • Ensure all client investment KPIs are exceeded.
    • Manage media auditing processes and participate in audit meetings.
    • Support client leads in managing activation issues proactively.
  • Internal & External Relationship Management
    • Support efficient operations and maintain high client satisfaction.
    • Foster an investment community that promotes learning, market opportunities, and a performance culture.
    • Ensure tracking and achievement of PMX Media Partner targets.
    • Utilize PMX's best practices in briefing and negotiations for optimal outcomes.
    Qualifications
    • 8+ years of experience in media.
    • Expertise in Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
    • Proficiency with media investment tools.
    • Strong market and industry knowledge, both historical and current.
    • Excellent financial management skills and business acumen, with a data-driven approach.
    • Confident interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
    • Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and team development.

    A master negotiator capable of resolving issues fairly, driving value, and nurturing long-term relationships with media partners.
