INVESTMENT ANALYST | VENTURE CAPITAL | SECONDARIES FOCUSED

Our client, the venture investment arm of an established multi-asset fund, has been actively expanding its strategy to include opportunistic secondaries investments. With the first secondaries deal drawing near to a close, and a strong secondaries deal flow in the pipeline, there is interest to bring in an Investment Analyst that can support their secondaries investment activities.

The hire will be instrumental in evaluating and executing secondary transactions, as well as supporting the broader venture portfolio through investment analysis and value creation. The analyst will gain exposure to direct secondaries, working closely with senior investors to underwrite opportunities and liasie with external counterparties, including founders, GP/LPs, and intermediaries.

We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or fund advisories. A strong grasp of company financials, market research skills, and a genuine curiosity about venture-backed businesses are essential. Familiarity with secondaries investing is a plus.
