Job description

Role Summary

This is an Investment Analyst role based in Singapore. The individual will be part of the Equities team under the Investment group.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce high quality investment research reports with actionable investment ideas for the firm’s equity portfolios.
• Generate alpha and contribute investment ideas for both relative and absolute return portfolios.
• Provide comprehensive financial sector coverage for banks and non-banks financial institutions across Singapore, Asia and global markets. Sector coverage may evolve based on team priorities and the individual’s expertise and aspirations.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers and other teams to ensure research insights are aligned with broader investment strategies
• Contribute to the research team initiatives and projects.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferably a CFA charter holder

Experience and Skills

• 5 to 8 years of relevant analyst experience covering financial sector
• Solid fundamental bottom-up research analysis skills
• Good team player who embraces a collaborative and open working culture aligned with Fullerton’s core values
