Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to support our investments across a diversified portfolio that includes real estate, hospitality, and healthcare assets. This role offers exposure to all aspects of the investment lifecycle—from deal sourcing and evaluation to asset management and portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Evaluation
  Conduct financial and strategic analyses of potential investment opportunities across various asset classes. Provide insightful recommendations to support investment decisions.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation
  Develop, maintain, and refine detailed financial models to assess asset performance, forecast returns, and evaluate scenarios.
• Due Diligence & Research
  Assist in end-to-end due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational reviews. Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies to support investment theses.
• Portfolio & Strategy Support
  Collaborate with senior leadership in shaping portfolio strategies, including asset repositioning, divestment, or value enhancement initiatives.
• Sustainability & ESG Integration
  Contribute to the integration of ESG principles into investment analysis and portfolio management. Support initiatives that align investments with broader sustainability goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required)
• Prior experience or internships in investment analysis, real estate, or asset management preferred
• Familiarity with ESG concepts and their application in investment decision-making is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
