Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Investment Directors, Managing Directors and Managing Principals in the origination and execution of investment mandates in the data center sector across multiple jurisdictions.
• Have strong underwriting competencies to perform extensive financial modelling, valuation, sensitivity analyses and other financial analyses in preparation of investment committee memos.
• Support the Investment Director in leading project execution for investment mandates including due diligence, documentation and coordination with deal counterparties, service providers, banks, JV partners, etc.
• Coordinate market research into new markets and new data center technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate, data center investment, private equity or investment banking preferred.
• Possess strong financial analysis and advanced spreadsheet modelling skills.
• Passionate about the APAC real estate & data center markets and evolving sector developments.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, and preferred proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin.
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
