Job summary

J.S.W is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the deal lifecycle through financial modeling, data analysis, and market research. You will contribute to due diligence, investment memos, and stakeholder presentations, while engaging in earnings calls and meetings to capture insights.

The role emphasizes financial health assessment, scenario testing, and data-driven investment recommendations within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions) to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to assess the financial health and historical performance of target companies.
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to stress-test investment assumptions.
• Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and sector research to identify emerging market trends and investment themes.
• Monitor and track existing portfolio companies, drafting regular performance updates and risk assessments.
• Gather data from financial terminals (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet) and compile into structured internal databases.
• Assist in the due diligence process for new investments, collaborating with legal, tax, and operational teams.
• Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and presentations for the Investment Committee.
• Participate in earnings calls, management meetings, and industry conferences, taking detailed notes for the team.
