Job summary

The role involves supporting due diligence, preparing memos and decks for the Investment Committee, and attending earnings calls and meetings to capture insights for the team.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions) to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to assess financial health & historical performance of target companies.
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to stress-test investment assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and sector research to identify emerging market trends and investment themes.
• Monitor and track existing portfolio companies, drafting regular performance updates and risk assessments.
• Gather data from financial terminals (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet) and compile it into structured internal databases.
• Assist in the due diligence process for new investments, collaborating with legal, tax, and operational teams.
• Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and presentations for the Investment Committee.
• Participate in earnings calls, management meetings, and industry conferences, taking detailed notes for the team.
