Our client is looking for a highly motivated Investment Administrator to support their investment operations. This is a junior-level role suited for candidates with an accounting qualification, knowledge of investments.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in managing investment administration processes, including fund operations, reporting, and compliance.
• Support financial reporting, accounting, and reconciliation related to investments.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators.
• Monitor and track portfolio investments, capital calls, and distributions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Assist in preparing investment reports and presentations.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth investment operations.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is requred as joining online meeting with Japanese HQ is required (N3 Level)
• Accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is preferred
• Knowledge of investments and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Background from Big 4, fund administration houses, PE/VC firms is preferred
