Job Description

This role is accountable for supporting both Trust's customers as well as internal stakeholders in the day-to-day operations of Trust’s investment products offering across both managed and self-directed investments to meet their operational, risk, compliance and governance requirements.

The Role Responsibility
  • Execute and manage operational fund flows for settlements and funds withdrawals.
  • Perform books and records management, including reconciliation and investigate discrepancies that may arise.
  • Provide Level-2 support of investment products including but not limited to investment account management, product and trade inquiries, and complaints handling in collaboration with customer facing teams.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure high standards of conduct, governance, and operational excellence.
  • Support relevant stakeholders in adherence to allregulatory requirements such as assisting production necessary regulatory and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with key vendors to maintain effective operational relationships.
  • Ensure process documentations are up-to-date and continuously improve our systems and processes.
  • Support the development and production of new product training materials and conduct relevant training for the wider team.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and various asset classes such as mutual funds & equities
  • Brokerage and fund distribution operations, products, and processes
  • Knowledge of operational regulatory requirements for CMSLs serving retail customers
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and language such as SQL
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in Finance, Financial Engineering or Computational Finance
  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an operations role or in retail securities brokerage within Singapore
  • Demonstrated a strong track record of applying sound judgement with critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, changing environment whilst retaining long-term focus
  • Strong prioritization capability and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-focused with the ability to interpret large volume of information
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
