Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute replenishment plans by analyzing stock requirements and aligning with commercial deadlines.
  • Prioritize store allocations based on sell-through rates, inventory capacity, and business importance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for supply failures, addressing missed or incomplete deliveries and ensuring resolution.
  • Set and adjust minimum/maximum stock levels based on operational and commercial input, ensuring optimal inventory levels across stores and warehouses.
  • Analyze weekly sales data to recommend consolidations that maximize sales and minimize markdowns.
  • Act as the liaison between vendors and LTR to ensure timely stock supply to stores and warehouses.
  • Maintain alignment with vendors and commercial teams on forecasting, promotional activities, and supply plans.
  • Organize and manage defective stock returns, vendor claims, and replenishment exceptions.
  • Assist the commercial team with vendor business reviews, ensuring follow-ups on allocation and replenishment-related items.
  • Track and report sell-through rates, best-seller performance, and key inventory KPIs to support stock allocation and product lifecycle decisions.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a related position
  • Strong ability to manage stock levels, replenishment planning, and warehouse coordination.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
