Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze product performance data to identify best-selling items and recommend the ideal product mix to optimize profitability.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory turnover, track stock levels, and adjust inventory quantities to ensure product availability while avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
- Forecasting & Ordering: Forecast order quantities across all brands in our portfolio, ensuring that inventory levels are aligned with demand trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with brand principals and freight forwarders for timely order processing and shipment management. Collaborate with wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and marketing teams to shape effective go-to-market strategies.
- Monthly Reports: Generate and analyze monthly reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and sales performance. Provide insights to support decision-making.
- Stock Optimization: Manage and balance closing stock levels for all sales channels (wholesale, retail, online) to ensure optimal inventory availability and reduce excess stock.
Requirements:
- Eligibility: Open to Singaporeans and PRs only.
- Educational Background: Degree in Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an Inventory Planner, Product Planner, or Demand Planner in the wholesale or retail industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (especially VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis functions). Experience with Navision, Business Central, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present data insights clearly to various teams.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fashion Industry Insight: An understanding and appreciation for fashion and lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
- Problem-Solving: Strong resourcefulness, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.
