Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an F10 Planning Site Inventory Control (SIC) Engineer in Singapore. You will oversee Micron’s advanced production line, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize inventory scheduling using analytics and AI-enabled insights.

You will write Python and SQL programs to support scheduling optimization, collaborate across engineering, and develop dashboards and reports to monitor inventory health and line performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • Proficiency in Python for data ingestion, statistics, charting, and optimization is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau is a plus.
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
  • Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production line to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement.
  • Site inventory improvement through analytics, scheduling optimization and breakthrough reporting capabilities.
  • Write Python and SQL based programs to support scheduling optimizer development.
  • Collaborate with other engineering departments to improve line inventory performance and reporting.
  • Create visualization and reporting capabilities to monitor line inventory health.
